Payment Terms Advance Payment:

non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate the design process.

The advance payment is considered a commitment to our services and secures a spot in our project queue

No Refund Policy:

The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once the advance payment is made, it is understood that the client is committed to proceeding with the project and engaging our agency's services.

Project Suspension or Cancellation:

In the event that the client wishes to suspend or cancel the project after the advance payment is made, no refund will be provided for the advance payment.

If the client decides to suspend the project, the advance payment can be held as credit for future projects, subject to mutual agreement.

Project Discard Policy:

If the client becomes unresponsive for a continuous period of 30 days or more, the project will be considered abandoned.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact the client via provided contact details before determining the project as abandoned.

Final Payment:

The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall company (nor its directors, employees, agents, sponsors, partners, suppliers, content providers, licensors or resellers,) be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory with respect to the service: (i) for any lost profits, data loss, loss of goodwill or opportunity, or special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever; (ii) for your reliance on the service; (iv) for any matter beyond its or their reasonable control, even if company has been advised of the possibility of any of the aforementioned damages.
